Frank Lahijani is a founder, CEO and President of Global Commercial Real Estate., a privately held full service Industrial and Commercial Real Estate firm operating in the Greater Los Angeles market since 2003.

Frank’s focus is industrial and commercial property types including all facets of sales and leasing. His highly successful and respected career in Industrial/ Commercial real estate stems from over two decades of faithful service to his clients, industry and community. He has completed over 1,000 transactions in excess of 20,000,000 square feet of buildings valued in excess of 2 billion dollars. Thus, he has worked with a wide variety of Investors, Industrial and Commercial users. These include, but are not limited to, sewing, knitting, dying, furniture manufacturing, metal working, plating, food processing, recycling, warehousing and distribution, manufacturing, retail and office. The transactions themselves include sales, leases, subleases, and exchanges. Further, clients range from business owners, absentee property owners, retirees, developers, and asset managers.

Frank is affiliated with the most respected associations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry - American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), Costar Group, LoopNet, California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR).

He completed his studies at UCLA in 1986, where he received his degree in Business Administration. Thereafter, he began his career with Great Western Realty in 1989 where he gained a keen knowledge of all aspects of industrial and Commercial transactions and negotiations and the intricacies of the current environmental, seismic, fire/life/safety and building regulations that are integral to closing a successful transaction.

Then in 1993, he embarked on his entrepreneurial instincts and established his own private brokerage firm, Metropolitan Industrial Commercial Real Estate which was in operation through March 1995 due to personal circumstances. In 1995, Frank joined the Colliers International firm as Senior Vice President and earned the company's Circle of Excellence Award in 1998, 1999 & 2002 for top producer and service. After 8 successful years, Frank decided to depart Colliers International and once again embark on re-establishing his own company. In June 2003, he successfully founded Global Commercial Real Estate in downtown Los Angeles where his 35 years’ experience as an Industrial and Commercial specialist has proven to be a distinct advantage in property analysis, marketing, negotiations, and client service.

After, She attended California State University Northridge, where she got her Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.

Frank Lahijani and Jeremiah Curry with Global Commercial Real Estate announce the sale of the largest adaptive re-use project in Downtown Los Angeles history. Built in 1908, the 1,080,000 square foot building –formerly the Hamburger’s Department store and a May Company Department Store – will become a mixed-use creative office campus. The team represented the private, undisclosed family ownership in the sale to the Waterbridge Capital, who purchased the property for an undisclosed price. According to market experts, it is thought to be the largest conversion opportunity on the West Coast currently. It will also be the first creative campus of this size for the technology industry in Downtown Los Angeles.
